A PraeDoc position at the Department for Labour Law gives you the opportunity to write your dissertation in a newly formed team and to acquire in-depth knowledge of various academic fields, particularly in the field of labour law, social law, anti-discrimination and European law. Holding lectures and participating in research projects managed by Prof. Windischgrätz will be part of your tasks.

You are expected to pursue a dissertation project in the field of labour law or the law of social security and to complete it within your PraeDoc period. A corresponding draft must be enclosed with your application. In addition to your own research activities, you will contribute to research projects lead by Prof. Windischgrätz (focus on equal treatment, migration, Asian studies) and you will have to hold a lecture on labour and social law.

We expect the successful candidate to sign a doctoral thesis agreement within 12-18 months.
