Required Profile:

• Holder of a PhD in the fields of Tourism, Economics or Management;
• Knowledge of the framework and functioning of CoLABs;
• Proven experience in research projects;
• Proven experience in the development and analysis of strategies and actions that actively contribute to digital transformation and the monitoring of its impact on human resources;
• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) and excellent fluency in English (spoken and written).
